半天找不到这个汉化文件在哪里,求助!

这里提到的压缩包文件怎么也找不到,各位大大给提一下

另外我的机子里装的有scim ,scim-table ,pinyin4scim 却调不出输入法?

还有locate查找工具也找不到,

今天已经找半天了,一无所获,寄希望与各位大大了,谢谢
