Qtopia官方提供的翻译工具
ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qt/pre-releases/linguist-pre.zip
只用bin文件里边的东西就可以，其它是源程序

PSI项目提供的翻译工具，只有linguist

linguist工具

翻译的主要工具
打开文件
ts，翻译的源文件
qph，字典文件

翻译完成后，可以打开File菜单选Release，生成qm文件.
