zaurus硬件上只开了sd卡4个通道中的一个，所以任何的sd卡都只能当低速卡使用。
sd卡高速的是150x，还有新型号sdhc class 2, 4, 6。
sdhc只能在debian, angstrom这类kernel 2.6里边使用。
