| Post subject: 关于Symbol LA4137 WIFI卡在pdaxrom下的驱动解决 问题 |

Symbol LA4137 传说是一款不错的WIFI，在beta1下直接能够使用，但无法进入Power saving mode，可能驱动不支持的缘故。
在beta3下，会出现无法驱动问题。
看了http://z.osall.com/viewtopic.php?t=1203&highlight=LA4137这篇Symbol LA4137 WIFI卡在pdaxrom下的驱动解决一贴，觉得他的操作很无道理，就狗蛋的做了一下实验。
实验一、我就下载orinoco_modules.tar.gz 新的驱动，直接执行
cd /
tar zxvf /mnt/card/orinoco_modules.tar.gz
插上网卡，能够驱动了，确实其他操作是多余的。
实验二、查看dmesg，发现，原本驱动无法驱动是download firmware failed.那就是缺少该网卡的firmware,怎么办？
我就下在symbol_sp24t_sec_fw.zip这个文件，解压出两个firmware: symbol_sp24t_prim_fw 、symbol_sp24t_sec_fw ，那这两个firmware究竟应该放在哪了？通过CC的指点，只要这个是在/etc/hotplug/firmware.agent配置决定的。但原本beta3没这个文件，查看/var/log/message，确实发现调用firmware.agent失败，找不到该文件。在这我要感谢CC，传给我firmware.agent,那我完成了此次实验。我将上述两个symbol_sp24t_prim_fw 、symbol_sp24t_sec_fw 复制的/etc/pcmcia/firmware下，（firmware这个文件夹也没有，要自己新建）将firmware.agent复制到/etc/hotplug下，插上网卡，能够驱动了。
综上所述，解决Symbol LA4137 WIFI卡在pdaxrom下的驱动，有两种方法，一是，换新驱动，二是，给他firmware文件。

现在行不行了，你是指不让你的wifi卡，还是power saving mode 不行？

兄弟，有福了，我刚刚编译好0.15rc在beta1下的驱动，可以支持power saving mode 了，等我明天放上来吧。哈哈哈哈。。。。。。
