 Post subject: 已找到解决方法！！更换雅黑字体后的Wifi连接灵异现象！！
事情的起因是源于新购进的无线网卡。
这块卡是从论坛里的其他兄弟那里购进的，型号为XI-825。在金蜂原厂ROM中可以无须设置直接上网。现在刷了置顶帖里的Cacko for 7500c汉化ROM，发现无法识别，用#cardtrl cardctl ident显示：
Socket 0:
product infor: " ", "IEEE 802.11 Wireless LAN/CF Card", ""
manfid: 0xd601, 0x0005
function: 6 (network)

参考http://z.osall.com/viewtopic.php?t=694这篇帖子，安装zedit后，用正确的语法修改hostap_cs.conf添加相应项：
card "Z－Com XI-825 11Mb/s 802.11b WLAN Card"
version " ", "IEEE 802.11 Wireless LAN/CF Card",""
# manfid: 0xd601, 0x0005
bind "hostap_cs"

终于可以正确识别并驱动该卡，在网络设置中添加一个wifi连接，使用默认设置即可正常上网。
如图所示，右下角的connect是可以点击的，并且任务栏也有网络连接的图标（即白色插头）。

DM Cacko1.23 for 7500c汉化ROM后仅安装zedit和修改hostap_cs.conf文件

由于超级不喜欢原ROM的中文字体，而且在PPC和notebook pc上都是使用微软的雅黑字体，看书已经习惯了这种字体了，对于efont超小的样子极不满意。所以参考N多文章准备修改字体。
从ftp://dy003.3322.org下载了yahei for Zaurus字体包，里面包含：
yahei_160_50.pqf
yahei_160_50_t10.pqf
yahei_240_50.pqf
yahei_240_50_t10.pqf
yahei_240_50.pqf
yahei_240_50_t10.pqf
然后，在/home/QtPalmtop/lib/fonts目录里，输入：
# rm lcfont*
# rm helvetica*
# rm efont*
# ln -s /mnt/card/Fonts/yahei_160_50.pqf lcfont_160_50.pqf
..........................
# ln -s /mnt/card/Fonts/yahei_160_50.pqf helvetica_160_50.pqf
..........................
删除了efont字体，只替换了160、240、300的qpf和t10.qpf，即系统中只有lcfont和helvetica字体的16、24、30号。
# reboot

字体倒是替换成功了，查上网卡，看一下网络设置，晕，咋这样了呢？！我啥也没动呀！！
connect按钮灰色不可选，auto的框自动选上了，任务栏里也没有那个白色插头的图标了，可是Wifi卡倒是自动识别了。

替换完字体以后，未作任何修改，仅重新reboot之后

感觉这个现象超级灵异呀！难得是和字体有关？那位兄长可以帮我解决一下。
说实话，雅黑字体还是不错的，在justreader里把背景色设为灰色，用雅黑30号字体全屏看书，还真有sony reader的e－ink的感觉呢。呵呵。

跟字体没关系，可以肯定。
是不是没扫到AP?

AP肯定是没问题的，这些步骤都是顺序作下来的，当时不可能换了字体就扫不到AP了，何况同时我的二台notebook pc都在wifi呢。
真是百思不得其解！！

晕，把雅黑字体删除，替换成simsun字体，又正常了，看来还是字体的问题。
但是我真的很喜欢那个雅黑字体，难到鱼与熊掌不可得兼吗？
现在正在一个字号一个字号的替换，每替换一个就reboot，只要reboot后网络设置里的网络连接前面的auto的框未被选中，就如图1那样，wifi就没有问题。
等下看到底是那个字号的问题吧。

目前为止，已测试的字体和字号为：

1。用DM方式恢复DBK文件
2。将如下文件copy到SD卡的fonts目录：
yahei_160_50.pqf
yahei_160_50_t10.pqf
yahei_240_50.pqf
yahei_240_50_t10.pqf
yahei_240_50.pqf
yahei_240_50_t10.pqf
3。然后，在/home/QtPalmtop/lib/fonts目录里，输入：
# rm lcfont_14*
# rm lcfont_16*
# rm lcfont_24*
# rm helvetica_16*
# rm helvetica_24*
# ln -s /mnt/card/Fonts/yahei_160_50.pqf lcfont_160_50.pqf
# ln -s /mnt/card/Fonts/yahei_240_50.pqf lcfont_240_50.pqf
# ln -s /mnt/card/Fonts/yahei_300_50.pqf lcfont_300_50.pqf

(只替换了lnfont的160、240、300的qpf和t10.qpf以及helvetica的160、240的qpf和t10.qpf。)

下面替换14号以下的字体的话就不行了，看来需要自己去转换100、120和140的qpf字体了。
上面的操作删除了lcfont_140_50.qpf和lcfont_140_50_t10.qpf，并没有做字体link，系统好像自动指向了雅黑的160字体了。所以判断桌面图标的字号为14号。

那么标签字体和对话框字体就应该是10号和12号了。原来那个字体包字号不全，所以准备尝试将雅黑字体转换出10号和12号的qpf档。

用的是我转的那个字体吧，我那字体是精简后的，当时转了一大批，各种大小全有，但是太大了，不是一般的大，楼主如果这个有问题自己转一下就行了，不麻烦，比较简单。

转字体一定要注意加抗锯齿和旋转竖屏的字体，这两点楼主注意下，希望楼主能成功

通过替换字体，已经解决问题。不过不是用的雅黑的小号字，而是lcfont_100字体用的是黑体，其他字号用的是雅黑。

等稍微整理一下把转字体的过程和方法发上来。

替换后的效果，标签字体很清晰，而且wifi正常。
