mplayer我装的是mplayer-bvdd-iwmmxt_1.1.5-1_arm.ipk,它缺省安装在/opt/QtPalmtop目录，不在pdaxrom的缺省搜索路径上，需要用mc把这个目录下的东西拷贝到根目录上。
这时，性急的朋友已经可以看VCD了，找段测试下：
放大到全屏播放
# mplayer -vo bvdd -afm libmad -vm -vf crop=320:240 file
优化播放，原图大小
# mplayer -nortc -noaspect -double -framedrop -cache 2048 -dr -vo bvdd -afm libmad -af lavcresample=44100 -vf crop=320:240 file

mplayer的参数都可以写入/home/root/.mplayer/config
# mplayer -vo bvdd -afm libmad -vm -vf crop=320:240 file
等价于config中的配置加入如下：
vo=bvdd
afm=libmad
vm=true
vf=crop=320:240

由于没有frontend配合，mplayer实际上是以直接写显示缓冲区的方式在播放，对x的显示会造成混乱。

希望找个前台，主要是控制影片的开始和结束，mplayer一开始就无法停止。
现在的大部分影片都超过了320X240的尺寸，因为我在windows里边用kmplayer放电影，所以基本没安装插件，好多小的转换器都用不了，最好找到这个PocketDivXEncoder_0.3.60，一个文件搞定，比较方便。

先用了xmms的mplayer插件，它没有控制到mplayer的参数，不好用。
后来下载了zplayer，可是zplayer又装在/opt/QtPalmtop目录，拷贝到根目录也不起作用。
看论坛前辈不少都是用zplayer，请教用网络上的哪个版本？怎么安装？
